Civil Emergency Message on WXJ84 Failed!

Most NWR stations across the country are having glitchy stuttering audio which is causing issues like these. This is a Local Area Emergency recorded by my DASDEC-II from WXJ84, the NOAA Weather Radio transmitter serving the Charleston area of West Virginia. However, due to the glitches in the stations broadcast, the headers were not decodable, and this alert was not relayed on any broadcast stations. I didn’t even know this alert happened, I just now found this in my DASDEC’s error_events folder.

This is what the DASDEC had to say about its attempts to decode the header:
Error=’Invalid header decoded.’
Header.1=’ZCZC–IV-LAE-0540′
Header.2=’ZCZC-C?^-LAE-054′
