did you know that dasdec 2 indecs are just like unicorns? what I mean by this is they’re hard to fuckin find!. I’ve been seeing something about the TFT EAS 911, but that thing from what I heard is hard to use because quote, it’s got comports, end quote.

question, how can I for example, make the thing switch audio, for example, say I was doing a severe weather monitering thing like you, and was using coppyrite free music, how would it interupt, do I need special softwhere for that?
Okay so the TFT is a pain because it has a big ass keypad and COM ports. Plus, if you’re wanting to use it for switched music (I.E it can interrupt music), it either requires a seperate audio switcher, or VoiceMeter on a PC. If you’re looking for a good starter ENDEC, the Sage 1822 is the best way to go, it can be configured from accessible PC software called ENDECSET, it has six monitoring inputs, and a built in audio switcher.
